Refund policy
1. Return Eligibility Period
We accept returns, exchanges, and refunds within 30 calendar days after delivery. Any return requests beyond the 30-day window will not be approved unless there is a verified product defect. All returns require RMA authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in perfect condition;

Original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact and included;

Not final sale, custom-made, personal engraved, intimate apparel, or digital products;

No artificial damage, self-disassembly, or improper usage damage.
3. Return Process
Step 1: Submit a return request Contact our support via store message or official email with your order number, item name, and return reason.
Step 2: Receive RMA approval We will review your request and issue an RMA number + return shipping address within 24 working hours.
Step 3: Ship your return Pack the item securely and mark the RMA number clearly on the package. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep the tracking record.
Step 4: Warehouse inspection We will inspect your returned item within 3–5 business days after receiving the package.
Step 5: Refund / Exchange / Store Credit Once approved, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit accordingly.
4. Shipping & Fees Policy

Defective, wrong item, missing item: We cover both return and reship shipping fees;

Personal reason return (size issue, dislike, wrong order): Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping fee is non-refundable;

A 0–15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns. Final sale items are subject to up to 20% restocking fee;

We recommend trackable shipping. We do not issue refunds for lost or damaged returns during transit.
5. Refund Method & Timeline

All refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc);

We process refunds within 1–5 business days after inspection approval;

Bank processing may take an additional 3–10 business days, which is beyond our control.
6. Exchange & Store Credit

We offer free size/color exchange subject to stock availability;

Exchange orders may waive part of the restocking fee;

You may choose expire-free store credit instead of cash refund for future purchases.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Intimate products, opened beauty & personal care items, consumables;

Customized, engraved, personalized products;

Digital products, courses, licenses, virtual memberships;

Final sale / clearance items marked “Final Sale”;

Items returned after 30 days, artificially damaged, or missing original packaging.
8. Dispute Resolution
All return cases are judged based on shipping records, delivery status, and real product photos. We reserve the right to refuse fraudulent or abusive return requests.
